Proof-of-delivery images and signatures retained only as long as operational, audit, or legal needs require.

Applies To: Employees, contractors, delivery partners, and administrators handling patient delivery information.

Purpose: Retain, store, and securely dispose of personal information (PI) and personal health information (PHI) tied to pharmacy deliveries in Ontario while meeting PHIPA, PIPEDA, Health Canada, and College of Pharmacists guidance.
