Pharmacy Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of NoazRX software by pharmacies. By signing up, you confirm that you have authority to enroll your pharmacy and agree to the obligations below.

1. Software-only Services

NoazRX provides software solutions, routing tools, audit-ready reporting, and delivery workflow management. We do not act as a courier or pharmacy delivery company unless you explicitly request our delivery team and receive written confirmation from NoazRX operations.

2. Delivery Support Requests

For delivery support or to onboard a driver with your pharmacy, contact operations@noazrx.com or call 1-833-712-6629. Delivery work is only available after this coordination and acceptance by NoazRX.

3. Pharmacy Eligibility & Authority

  • You represent that you are authorized to enroll the pharmacy and bind it to these terms.
  • You will maintain required licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals for pharmacy operations.
  • You must keep your pharmacy profile and contact data accurate and up to date.
  • You may not create accounts on behalf of any pharmacy without written authorization.
  • NoazRX may request verification documents at any time to confirm your authority.

4. Compliance & Patient Safety

  • You are responsible for compliance with PHIPA, PIPEDA, HIPAA (if applicable), and local regulations.
  • You will follow the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) Delivery of Prescriptions guidance for Ontario deliveries.
  • You will only use the platform for authorized patients and lawful pharmacy operations.
  • You will ensure appropriate chain-of-custody and temperature requirements for sensitive medications.
  • You will not upload, enter, or share data you are not legally permitted to use.

5. Pharmacy Responsibilities

  • Provide trained staff or contracted drivers for deliveries unless a NoazRX delivery engagement is confirmed.
  • Confirm delivery instructions are accurate and reflect patient consent.
  • Maintain insurance coverage appropriate for pharmacy operations and delivery activity.

6. Delivery of Prescriptions (OCP) checklist

  • Obtain and document patient or agent consent for delivery.
  • Protect confidentiality with sealed, discreet packaging and minimum-necessary labeling.
  • Maintain product integrity with temperature controls and tamper-evident seals.
  • Verify recipient identity, authorized alternate recipients, and delivery location instructions.
  • Ensure pharmacist contact details and counseling access accompany delivered prescriptions.
  • Record delivery date/time, recipient name, and exceptions in the patient record.

7. Data Use & Privacy

  • Use patient data only for care coordination, fulfillment, and delivery operations.
  • Limit access to authorized staff and promptly remove access when personnel change.
  • Report suspected data incidents to NoazRX without delay.
  • Do not export, scrape, or copy data from the platform for unauthorized use.

8. Platform Access & Security

  • Keep credentials confidential and use multi-factor authentication where available.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse platform services.
  • Notify NoazRX immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • NoazRX may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, or security risk.

9. Billing, Suspension & Termination

  • Pay all fees due under your service plan on time.
  • NoazRX may suspend access for non-payment, misuse, or regulatory risk.
  • You may terminate your account by providing written notice to NoazRX operations.
  • NoazRX may cancel accounts created with false or misleading information.

10. Acceptable Use & IP Protection

  • The platform is licensed for your internal pharmacy operations only.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, or provide access to third parties without written approval.
  • All software, trademarks, and content remain the property of NoazRX and its licensors.

11. Liability & Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoazRX disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or delivery operations you control.
